Overview
The operator's Thai-language post uses ยูนิเวิร์สยิม for the gym.
Universe Gym's present operating status is unresolved. The established Facebook identity showed the Welcome Town gym operating on 1 May 2026. The new official site now links directly to that same Facebook identity and to the exact Welcome Town Maps place, materially strengthening the entity match. It says the gym is being rebuilt for a full reopening in December 2026, with presale intended to start in November 2026.
The site still gives no exact reopening day and does not state whether any part of the old gym remains available during the rebuild. Pattaya.Gym therefore retains the unverified status for present access. December and November are announcements, not a current timetable, a guaranteed opening date or permission to train now.
What training is on offer
The official rebuild page announces a 1,400-square-metre indoor training area with 136+ new commercial machines. Its planned breakdown includes 49+ strength stations, 50+ cardio units, 15 treadmills and 25+ bikes, plus squat and power racks, bench stations, Smith machines, dumbbells, kettlebells and plate-loaded equipment.
It also describes a future functional-and-calisthenics hall with pull-up and monkey bars, rings, wall bars, plyometric boxes, turf, heavy bags and a boxing ring. The page uses “CrossFit” in its hall label, but the checked source does not establish CrossFit affiliation. Every item in this section is a planned opening-day feature, not a current inventory.
The planned supporting facilities are an outdoor pool, sauna, twin ice baths, locker rooms with rain showers and private toilets, a live occupancy counter, a filming corner, a smoothie and protein bar, lounge seating and site-wide air conditioning advertised at 25–26°C. None is marked as completed or currently usable in the checked page.
What it costs
No current-access tariff is published here. For the planned reopening, the official site advertises future day passes from ฿200 and membership from ฿933 per month on an annual plan. Those are starting figures for a future product, not current prices and not a complete rate card. The page does not show the full annual total, joining or access-card charges, activation date, cancellation terms or which planned facilities each product includes.
Presale is announced for November 2026 but was not open when checked on 29 August 2026. Before paying, establish whether the transaction is a refundable reservation, a future membership or present access; obtain the opening condition, full amount and refund terms in writing.
Who it suits — and who it does not
This record is useful for someone monitoring a documented rebuild and comparing the announced December product with current alternatives. The planned strength, cardio, calisthenics, combat and recovery mix could suit several training goals if it opens as described.
It is not a current recommendation or evidence of present walk-in access, completed equipment, staffed induction, supervised rehabilitation, a children's programme or an English-speaking trainer. Choose another confirmed venue if training is needed before the opening is independently established.
Getting there
The official site, established Facebook identity and linked Maps place point to Welcome Town, 47/113 Moo 9, Nong Prue, Bang Lamung, Chonburi 20150, behind Index Living Mall. That alignment supports the entity and location, but not present admission.
The rebuild page lists 087 988 8820 and WhatsApp for presale contact. Treat it as the announced rebuild contact rather than proof of a staffed current gym. Confirm that any payment request belongs to the linked operator and exact address before sharing personal information or money.
Before you go
The site says the future facility will open daily 06:00–24:00 from December 2026. Those are launch plans, not current opening hours. Ask whether the rebuild has reached a public opening, the exact first day, whether a first visit is accepted, which entrance is operating and whether any requested payment is for immediate access or the November presale.
What we could not verify
The official website-to-Facebook and Maps links now support identity continuity, but the source set does not resolve current operation, an exact future opening day, construction completion, present hours, present prices, transferred old memberships, trainer roster, trial process, accessibility or parking. It also does not prove that every announced facility will open on day one. Recheck is required before 1 November 2026, when presale is intended to begin, and again before any claimed December opening.
