What to send
Name the page, the exact statement that may be wrong, the current information and a source we can inspect. Operator pages, current timetables, price documents, public authority records and dated direct replies are the most useful evidence. A screenshot should include its date and source URL where possible.
What happens next
- We identify the venue, branch and claim so similarly named businesses are not mixed together.
- We check the supplied evidence against the sources already attached to the record.
- We correct supported facts, label unresolved conflicts, or keep the existing wording when the new evidence does not establish a change.
- Material publication changes are recorded in the public changelog. Venue pages retain visible source-review and price-check dates.
Urgent and safety-relevant changes
Confirmed closure, relocation, impersonation, materially wrong contact details and unsafe directions are prioritised. This is not an emergency service and Pattaya.Gym cannot verify conditions in real time.
Business requests and disputes
Owners and authorised representatives may correct factual details without paying. A request to remove accurate, useful public information is reviewed on its merits; payment, advertising pressure and threats do not change rank or evidence standards. When dependable sources disagree, the conflict stays visible until it is resolved.
No silent rewriting
Minor spelling and formatting fixes may be made without a separate notice. Changes that alter status, identity, ranking logic, pricing interpretation or publication policy are documented. Read the research methodology for the evidence rules behind each record.
