If you only read one thing: “cheapest” depends on the product, length of stay and route. Fatburn has the lowest current day and month in this comparison, Better Bodies has the lowest week, and a resort facilities pass is not the same purchase as a weights room. Compare like with like before deciding.
This guide uses only amounts tied to exact operator rate pages in the venue records. Fatburn and Battle & Conquer were checked on 29 August 2026; Better Bodies and Elite were rechecked on 23 August; the remaining rows retain their own visible July check dates. A blank amount means no stable current operator-published tariff was found; it does not mean free access or a negotiable rate.
The price table is deliberately short
The table below contains seven records with comparable general-gym or facilities access. It excludes old review prices, city-wide estimates and automated guesses from a baht-tier symbol. It also excludes a venue when its only public price is for an unrelated coached class, hotel room or residential camp.
A “day” can still cover different facilities. Battle & Conquer's gym-only product is a weights and facilities purchase. ISS separates its general gym and facilities pass from its coached boxing and Muay Thai classes. Fitz Club's outside-guest day pass covers the gym, pool, sauna and steam rooms; racquet and multipurpose-court use is treated as separate because its operator documents are not fully aligned. Read the product column before comparing the number.

Lowest published ordinary-gym day and month: Fatburn
Fatburn Fitness in Jomtien publishes THB 120 daily, THB 700 weekly, THB 990 monthly, THB 2,700 for three months, THB 4,990 for six months and THB 9,000 yearly, checked on 29 August 2026. It has the lowest day and month in this seven-row table. Better Bodies' THB 400 week is lower than Fatburn's THB 700 week.
Fatburn's operator states that the gym has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, parking, private bathrooms and showers and opens until 23:00 on weekdays. It does not publish daily re-entry, term-start, expiry, joining, refund or transfer mechanics. A THB 10 monthly difference from Better Bodies should not outweigh the route, hours or equipment needed.
Lowest published Pratamnak gym-only day: Battle & Conquer
Battle & Conquer Gym on Pratamnak publishes a gym-only menu of THB 160 for one day, THB 600 for one week, THB 1,000 for two weeks and THB 1,300 for one month, checked on 29 August 2026. Three, six and twelve months are THB 3,500, THB 7,000 and THB 12,000 on the same dated operator page.
Those amounts are not Muay Thai prices. A single group Muay Thai session is THB 500, and the coached packages follow a separate menu. The gym-only product is the useful comparison for someone seeking ordinary training access. Ask whether the boxing room, weights area, sauna and cold plunge are included in the exact gym-only term, because the operator describes broader inclusions explicitly for some Muay Thai packages.
Battle no longer has the lowest overall day in this comparison, but it is the lowest published Pratamnak gym-only day and includes separately priced Muay Thai options in the same facility. Someone based far from Pratamnak may spend more time reaching it than the difference saves. Someone wanting a Jomtien gym, central mall access, a 24-hour member door or a hotel pool is comparing another access model.
Lowest published week: Better Bodies
Better Bodies Gym in Ban Amphur publishes THB 250 for one day, THB 400 for one week, THB 1,000 for one month, THB 2,500 for three months and THB 4,500 for six months, rechecked on 23 August 2026. The one-month amount is lower than Battle's, while Battle has the lower one-day amount.
The operator says free water and Wi-Fi are included and describes staff guidance, a body-fat check and progress checks for members. It also says personal training is free during the first month. Confirm which membership activates that offer, when a trainer is present and whether changing or locker facilities meet the visit. The gym opens at 10:00 and closes Sunday, so its low long-stay rate does not solve early-morning or seven-day access.
Better Bodies is a value option here for someone living near Ban Amphur who wants one to six months of straightforward weight training and direct staff contact. It is a weaker choice for a central Pattaya visitor, a Sunday routine or someone seeking a published group-class timetable.
Central day and visit-pack option: Coco Fitness
Coco Fitness on the fourth floor of Mike Shopping Mall publishes THB 299 daily, THB 999 for five visits valid 10 days, THB 1,299 for two weeks labelled valid 20 days and THB 1,599 for one month valid 30 days, checked on 29 August 2026. Three, six and twelve months are THB 4,299, THB 8,299 and THB 12,999.
The card labels six months as valid one year and twelve months as valid two years, without explaining whether those windows concern activation, attendance, pauses or expiry. Confirm the rule in writing instead of treating the labels as a freeze entitlement. Coco opens 07:00-22:00 daily and is a more central short-access comparison than the cheaper Jomtien and Ban Amphur options.
Central published gym access: ISS
ISS Boxing and Muay Thai on Pattaya Klang publishes a general gym and facilities product of THB 300 per day, THB 800 per week and THB 1,500 per month, checked on 25 July 2026. The operator lists general access Monday-Saturday from 09:00 to 21:00.
ISS also publishes coached boxing and Muay Thai at THB 1,000 per day, THB 4,000 per week or THB 8,000 per month on the same dated page. Those class prices must not be substituted for general-gym access or vice versa. A separate recovery and weight-cut room menu starts at THB 200 per day. Ask the desk to name the product and facilities included in the intended payment.
ISS is useful when a central location and a published weekly option matter. It is not the lowest month in this table, it closes Sunday, and the combined boxing/Muay Thai class label does not promise a hands-only session. Use the boxing and kickboxing guide if coached striking is the actual goal.
Elite and Fitz answer different facility questions
Elite Gym & Fitness Pattaya publishes ordinary gym access at THB 300 for one day, THB 1,200 for one week, THB 1,800 for ten visits and THB 2,200 for one month, rechecked on 23 August 2026. Functional training is a separate THB 400 single session, THB 2,500 for ten or THB 3,000 for one month. A group class is THB 300 and one hour of personal training THB 2,000.
Fitz Club publishes an outside-guest day pass of THB 800 per adult, rechecked on 29 August 2026. It covers the gym, pool, sauna and steam rooms. A child-under-12 day product is THB 400, but under-14s are prohibited from the fitness centre, so that price must not be read as child gym access. Racquet and multipurpose-court use, coaching and memberships are separate decisions; confirm VAT and the exact inclusion list.
Choose Elite when the requirement is a conventional East Pattaya gym, visit pack or a separately priced class. Choose Fitz when pool and wet-area access belong in the day. Neither should be called expensive or cheap without defining the intended facilities.
Why SUN, Tony's and the 24-hour chains are not ranked by price
SUN Fitness operates Buakhao, Pratamnak and Naklua branches and says one membership card can be used across them, but its current operator pages expose no stable day, week or month tariff. The former THB 1,090 claim was removed because it was not on a current operator-published rate card.
Tony's Fitness Group has a current Third Road Maps identity and a 24-hour label, but no current operator-published tariff, staffed schedule or visitor terms. The newest visible operator posts checked for its venue record were from April 2022. Its old reputation cannot be converted into a 2026 “budget” price.
Jetts Little Walk now has branch-confirmed staffed-hours visitor passes: THB 500 for one day, THB 1,000 for three days, THB 1,500 for seven days and THB 2,500 for 30 days, checked on 29 August 2026. These are home-club visitor products, not 24-hour membership. Anytime Bukit Point and Anytime Again each expose a free one-day-pass request for new customers at participating locations, but neither publishes a stable ordinary Pattaya tariff or guarantees trial approval. Fitness 7 has a chain card advertising THB 350 for one day and THB 1,600 for one month at a selected club, but the Pattaya page does not repeat it.
Public parks are not automatically a zero-baht gym
Pratumnak Fitness Park is documented by city material and a current local update as a public park for running, jogging and walking with exercise apparatus along the route. No current municipal tariff was published in the checked material. This guide therefore does not label it “free” or claim a former inventory of free weights and machines.
A public outdoor route can still be the lowest-cost movement option, but it does not replace a staffed gym. Equipment condition, lighting, water, lockers, changing space and coaching are not established. Check the site and any temporary organised activity on the intended date rather than treating public-park status as a complete price and service promise.
Choose by expected attendance, not the smallest headline
For one visit, compare the day amount and location. For a week, Better Bodies is THB 400, Battle & Conquer THB 600, Fatburn THB 700 and ISS THB 800. For a month, Fatburn's THB 990 is only THB 10 below Better Bodies, while the Jomtien-versus-Ban-Amphur route and Sunday hours can matter more. Battle provides a Pratamnak gym-only product, while ISS provides a priced central option.
Longer prepayment lowers the arithmetic only when the venue remains usable. Ask when the term begins, whether it can be paused or transferred and whether unused days or visits expire. Do not divide a six- or twelve-month headline into a daily “saving” unless the traveller genuinely intends to attend for the full term.
Costs that remain questions
- Joining or registration fee and any access-card deposit.
- Towel, locker, shower, drinking-water or parking terms.
- Class booking, personal training and induction charges.
- Equipment rental, including gloves or wraps at a combat facility.
- VAT, card surcharge, promotion eligibility and refund rules.
- Whether a day, week or month starts on purchase or first entry.
Those items are questions, not claims that every venue charges them. Ask for the complete payable total and named inclusions. Save the reply if a promotion or unusual access term determines the purchase.
A practical shortlist
- Lowest known ordinary-gym day and month: Fatburn at THB 120 daily and THB 990 monthly, checked 29 August 2026.
- Lowest known one-week amount: Better Bodies at THB 400, rechecked 23 August 2026.
- Central ordinary gym: Coco at THB 299 daily or THB 1,599 monthly, checked 29 August 2026.
- Central gym and broader facilities: ISS at THB 300 per day or THB 1,500 per month, checked 25 July 2026.
- Gym plus pool and wet areas: Fitz outside-guest day pass at THB 800, rechecked 29 August 2026; confirm VAT and separately priced courts.
Use the comparison tool for category and area filtering, then open the individual venue record for the exact source and unresolved terms. “Cheapest” is a useful answer only after the transaction, location and attendance period match.
FAQ
What is the cheapest currently published gym day in this comparison?
Fatburn publishes daily access at THB 120, checked 29 August 2026. Battle & Conquer publishes gym-only access at THB 160, Better Bodies THB 250, Coco THB 299, and ISS gym and facilities access at THB 300. These products have different locations and inclusions.
Which Pattaya gym has the lowest published monthly price here?
Fatburn publishes one month at THB 990, checked 29 August 2026. Better Bodies is THB 1,000, Battle & Conquer gym-only THB 1,300 and ISS gym and facilities THB 1,500. The THB 10 Fatburn/Better Bodies difference is less important than route, hours and required equipment.
Are Pattaya's public fitness parks free?
This guide does not make that universal claim. Current city and local material supports Pratumnak Fitness Park as a public exercise setting, but no current municipal tariff was published in the checked sources. It also does not provide a staffed gym's equipment, coaching or changing facilities.
