The operator's documents are not perfectly aligned about every day-pass inclusion. The membership brochure excludes tennis, table tennis, squash and multipurpose-court use, while the separate rate sheet gives its own court tariffs. The 2026 outside-guest rate sheet publishes different tennis windows:

The separate day-pass sheet does not state VAT treatment, so confirm whether the displayed ฿800 is the final payable amount. Also ask about joining, freeze, refund, cancellation and family-access conditions rather than inferring them from the table.
Pool, sauna and steam details
The operator lists a Jacuzzi pool, changing rooms, lockers and shower amenities. Sauna and steam use is limited to four people and 30 minutes per session, with staff asking for advance notice of arrival and preferred temperature. Those operational details make a booked visit more reliable but do not establish real-time capacity.
Unauthorized external coaching requires prior approval; the current operator page publishes a ฿5,000 penalty. A visitor bringing a coach or arranging instruction outside Fitz's own channels should obtain written permission first.

The gym, fitness classes, sauna and steam are published as 07:00–21:00. Tennis, squash, multipurpose courts and the pool run 07:00–20:00. Holiday hours, class schedules and last bookings can differ, so confirm a time-sensitive visit.

Who it suits — and who it does not
Fitz suits a visitor who wants a documented combination of gym, pool and wet-area access, or a player prepared to reserve a separately priced court. The first-visit trial can also make it useful for someone who qualifies and confirms the offer in advance.
It is less suitable for someone looking only for the lowest ordinary gym entry, a guaranteed walk-in court or unrestricted child access to the fitness floor. Compare the gym day-pass guide by product rather than treating the ฿800 bundle as equivalent to a gym-only pass.
