Seafari Diving Center
Seafari is a current PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center behind the Mike Shopping Mall area on Pattaya Second Road. Shop hours are not a boat timetable; the booked product controls the meeting and return plan.
What training is on offer
The operator site covers supervised first dives, recreational certification, certified-diver trips, technical training and professional development. PADI lists scuba, TecRec, snorkelling, conservation and Emergency First Response activities. The IDC label describes the centre's professional-training scope; it does not prove that every course or instructor is available every day.
PADI also lists air, Nitrox, Trimix and mixed-gas fills; equipment sales and rental; an onsite classroom; air conditioning; free Wi-Fi; a retail shop; a dive boat and parking. Before paying, request the current written inclusion list. Ask specifically about equipment, boat charges, instructor supervision, food and drinks, transfers, photos, insurance, taxes and any compulsory medical or marine-park costs. Who it suits — and who it does not
Seafari suits a first-time diver who wants a named one-day product, a traveller seeking a PADI course from a central booking base or an experienced diver looking for a centre with recreational, technical and professional scope. Getting there
The PADI and operator records place the centre behind the Mike Shopping Mall area on Pattaya Second Road. Use the exact Maps pin rather than assuming the mall's main entrance is the dive-centre entrance. A central shop can be convenient for paperwork or fitting, but it does not prove that the boat departs from the shop.

Before you go
Send the exact product name, date, participant count, ages, certification status, recent-dive history, swimming confidence, equipment sizes and hotel location. Ask about the planned boat and sites, meeting point, pickup, expected return window, food, weather or cancellation policy and the applicable post-dive flying guidance.
Complete the operator's medical documentation honestly. A “yes” response can require qualified medical clearance; do not conceal a condition to preserve a booking. Certification courses may add knowledge, confined-water, open-water and swimming requirements that should not be transferred automatically to the Discover product.
