Seafari is a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center behind the Mike Shopping Mall area on Pattaya Second Road. The PADI listing checked on 26 July 2026 gave daily 08:00–19:00 hours, the 262 AOP 1/8 address, phone +66 81 762 4187 and four listed PADI instructors. Shop hours are not a boat timetable; the booked product controls the meeting and return plan.
The operator homepage, checked on 8 September 2026, publishes +66 90 256 5174 in its contact details and WhatsApp link. This differs from the July PADI-derived number above; the older number has not been rechecked, so neither is described as disconnected.
What training is on offer
The operator site covers supervised first dives, recreational certification, certified-diver trips, technical training and professional development. PADI lists scuba, TecRec, snorkelling, conservation and Emergency First Response activities. The IDC label describes the centre's professional-training scope; it does not prove that every course or instructor is available every day.
PADI also lists air, Nitrox, Trimix and mixed-gas fills; equipment sales and rental; an onsite classroom; air conditioning; free Wi-Fi; a retail shop; a dive boat and parking. Equipment servicing is listed for cylinders, regulators, buoyancy-control devices and dive computers. The centre languages listed are English, Cantonese, Malay, Thai and Indonesian, but the chosen date still requires a language confirmation.
What it costs
The Discover Scuba Diving product page, checked on 8 September 2026, lists THB 4,500 per person for a one-day introduction with two dives. It is presented for people with no previous diving experience and is not a full certification course.
The product includes diving equipment, instruction from a PADI instructor, a Thai buffet lunch and refreshments. It also lists insurance coverage, without establishing the policy's terms or limits. The published day runs approximately 08:00–15:00; confirm the meeting point and expected return for your booking.
Photos and videos are not included. The product page says participants must be staying in central Pattaya and excludes transfers from outside central Pattaya. Confirm the pickup arrangement for your hotel before paying.
Who it suits — and who it does not
Seafari suits a first-time diver who wants a named one-day product, a traveller seeking a PADI course from a central booking base or an experienced diver looking for a centre with recreational, technical and professional scope. It is a weaker fit for someone expecting the THB 4,500 experience to award a certification, needing a guaranteed distant-hotel pickup or wanting a complete trip total without contacting the shop. A listed centre language does not guarantee the instructor assigned to one date.
Getting there
The PADI and operator records place the centre behind the Mike Shopping Mall area on Pattaya Second Road. Use the exact Maps pin rather than assuming the mall's main entrance is the dive-centre entrance. A central shop can be convenient for paperwork or fitting, but it does not prove that the boat departs from the shop.

Before you go
Send the exact product name, date, participant count, ages, certification status, recent-dive history, swimming confidence, equipment sizes and hotel location. Ask about the planned boat and sites, meeting point, pickup, expected return window, food, weather or cancellation policy and the applicable post-dive flying guidance.
Complete the operator's medical documentation honestly. A “yes” response can require qualified medical clearance; do not conceal a condition to preserve a booking. Certification courses may add knowledge, confined-water, open-water and swimming requirements that should not be transferred automatically to the Discover product.
