Holiday Inn Pattaya
Holiday Inn Pattaya operates two hotel fitness centres, one on level 5 of the Bay Tower and one on level 7 of the Executive Tower. The property's current fitness page lists both as open 24 hours and limits use to hotel guests aged 16 or older. This is an accommodation amenity record, not evidence of a public commercial gym.
What training is on offer
The operator lists treadmills, cross trainers, indoor bikes and several weight-resistance machines. That supports cardio and machine-based strength work, but it is not a complete equipment inventory. The current page does not promise a squat rack, lifting platform, maximum dumbbell weight, staffed trainer or group class in either room.
The hotel also lists two infinity pools, on level 4 of the Bay Tower and level 6 of the Executive Tower, plus a separate family pool with a splash pad and slide on level 4 of the Bay Tower. All three publish daily 06:00–20:00 hours. They are leisure facilities rather than documented lap pools: no reserved lanes, pool length or formal swim-coaching programme is stated.
What it costs
No non-resident gym day pass, pool pass, fitness membership or personal-training tariff was published on the checked operator pages as of 2026-07-26. Treat access as included with an eligible hotel stay unless the property gives different written confirmation.
The weekend wellness page advertises Easy Stretch & Meditation from 07:30–08:30 at the Executive Tower infinity pool, yoga from 08:30–09:30 at Tea Tree Spa in the Bay Tower and water aerobics from 11:00–11:45 at the Executive Tower pool. The page does not establish a universal charge or room-rate inclusion, so ask reception for the chosen weekend.
Who it suits — and who it does not
Holiday Inn suits a hotel guest who wants round-the-clock cardio or resistance-machine access and values pools or a weekend wellness option in the same property. The two-tower arrangement may also help a guest choose which room location is more convenient.
It is a weaker fit for a non-resident seeking a guaranteed public pass, a specialist free-weight gym, coached lifting or reserved lap lanes. The family pool and Kids Club do not override the fitness-centre age rule. Compare public options in the fitness directory or use the swimming guide for other pool access models.
Getting there
The property occupies the north end of Beach Road across the Bay and Executive towers, with the operator publishing 463/68 and 463/99 Moo 9. Use the exact hotel entrance for the booked tower. The Naklua and north-side guide gives area context but does not establish a fixed airport, taxi or walking time.
Before you go
Ask which fitness centre the room booking can use and how to reach it outside normal public-area hours. Confirm maintenance closures, towel and locker arrangements and whether the facility requires a room key. “Open 24 hours” does not mean reception, a trainer or every hotel service is staffed overnight.
For weekend wellness, ask reception to reconfirm the date, location, capacity, weather plan, eligibility and charge. For pool use, confirm the current guest rules and never assume that a leisure-pool opening period reserves space for uninterrupted training.
What we could not verify
- No current non-resident gym or pool product was published.
- No complete free-weight, locker, towel or accessibility inventory was available for either fitness room.
- The pools have no published lap-lane specification or reservation policy.
- Weekend sessions may change and require date-specific confirmation.
InterContinental Pattaya Resort is another hotel-fitness record, but its eligibility and facilities must be checked separately.
