Cape Dara Resort
Cape Dara belongs in the directory as a hotel-guest fitness option in Naklua, not as a confirmed public gym. Its current resort-activity page publishes daily fitness-centre hours of 06:00-22:00. The resort-support page says the swimming pools, fitness centre, playroom and Dara Club Lounge are reserved exclusively for registered in-house guests.
What training is on offer
The operator describes a professionally designed fitness room with natural light. It names machines for cardio and strength work, a large selection of free weights and yoga equipment. That is enough to support a general hotel workout covering cardio, resistance training and mobility, but not an item-by-item equipment promise.
The public page does not identify rack specifications, barbell type, plate totals, maximum dumbbell weight or the number of each cardio machine. A guest who needs a particular setup should ask the hotel before choosing a room on the strength of the gym alone.
What it costs
Cape Dara's facility policy is explicit: these facilities are for registered in-house guests, and unauthorized use may lead to action or charges. No current public gym membership, pool day pass or standalone fitness ticket was found on the operator pages checked on 26 July 2026. Non-residents should not travel expecting to buy entry at the fitness desk.
The absence of a fitness price is deliberate. For a registered guest, the room and its included facilities are the relevant product; for a non-guest, no separate current sport-access tariff is published. A previously listed Sunday promotion and its prices remain removed because the offer could not be reconfirmed on the live operator site.
Who it suits — and who it does not
Cape Dara suits a hotel guest who wants early-morning or evening access to general cardio, strength, free-weight and yoga equipment without leaving the property. It is a weaker choice for a non-resident, a visitor comparing day-pass prices, someone needing a coached class timetable or a lifter whose decision depends on a precise equipment inventory.
For public or commercial alternatives, use the Naklua area page and the Pattaya fitness category. The Naklua and Pratamnak guide explains how hotel amenities differ from public passes and club access.
Getting there
The official support page publishes the resort's map pin and road directions to Dara Beach off Pattaya-Naklua Road. Use that exact pin; no fixed journey time or fare is quoted here. The verified address is 256 Dara Beach, Soi 20 Pattaya-Naklua Road.
Before you go
Before booking a stay for the facilities, reconfirm the 06:00-22:00 fitness hours, any maintenance closure, equipment essential to the programme and which amenities the selected room rate includes.
The resort also publishes a playroom open daily 07:00-19:00, with an interactive play table, blackboard wall and games corner. It does not describe supervised childcare, age limits or whether a parent may leave a child there while training. Luminous Spa is a separate wellness product; its presence does not establish that treatment or recovery facilities are included.
