The hotel's Thai pool page uses the name สระว่ายน้ำฮาร์ดร็อค พัทยา for the same 2,000-square-metre pool, which can help Thai-speaking visitors identify the product. The hotel publishes a specific daytime product for non-residents, making access easier to evaluate than at hotel pools that disclose amenities but not public eligibility.
What training is on offer
This is a recreation setting rather than a documented lap-training pool. The operator's page emphasises leisure features, family play and poolside facilities; it does not publish lane lengths, reserved lap hours, a coached-swimming timetable or a fitness programme.
