Harbor Pattaya / former venue
Reported closed
Closed former climbing gym on the eighth floor of Harbor Pattaya.
This page contains 2 primary-category records. 1 record has no separate status qualifier; 1 is retained with a visible warning: Deep Climbing Gym (Permanently closed). A blank status is not proof of walk-in access, and every price, timetable and eligibility condition still needs its own dated evidence.
The climbing category contains one current Huai Yai gym, STICKY, and one permanently closed Harbor Pattaya record, Deep. Compare disciplines, hours and booking questions before travelling.
STICKY is the current name of the venue formerly known as Bean Cow Climbing Gym & Community Center. Its current material supports bouldering and roped climbing, and owner activity continued in July 2026. The exact Maps record confirms the 61/23 Moo 1 address and the current STICKY identity. This is an East Pattaya trip rather than a Harbor Pattaya mall visit, so use the live pin and check the route from the actual accommodation.
The owner publishes opening from 11:00 to 20:00 Tuesday through Sunday, with closure every Monday and on the first day of each month. A normal Sunday opening therefore does not override a first-of-the-month closure. Holiday or event changes can still occur; recheck the latest operator post for the intended date.
A July 2026 owner update advertised a group discount but did not publish the underlying day-pass amount. A promotion without the base price is not an exact tariff, so this category does not calculate a discounted total or reproduce an older Bean Cow rate. Ask for the current adult and child day pass, promotion eligibility and validity before organising a group.
Equipment is another separate cost question. The public descriptions establish climbing formats, but not a complete current rental menu. Ask whether shoes, harness and belay device are included or rented separately; whether chalk is permitted or supplied; and what identification or deposit is required. For roped climbing, state whether the party has an experienced belayer and which certification or in-house check the gym requires.
Bouldering does not require a rope partner, while top-rope and lead climbing introduce belay and competence questions. A first-time visitor should tell the operator the number of climbers, ages, experience and desired format. Ask whether an induction, instructor or advance booking is required, what supervision is available for children, and whether the quoted session has a time limit. The page's broad “all skill levels” message should not be converted into permission to lead climb without an assessment.
Deep's exact Google Maps listing is marked permanently closed, and Harborland's current attraction site does not present it as an operating climbing gym. Its former telephone, hours, wall specifications and admission price have been removed from the venue record. Do not travel to Harbor Pattaya expecting that legacy venue or use an old review to compare it with STICKY.
Before travelling to STICKY, reconfirm the date, opening, base day-pass price, group-promotion terms, equipment, belay rules, supervision and exact pin. Blank pricing means the current operator-published amount was not found, not free entry. For a longer practical overview, use the climbing in Pattaya guide, but treat the individual venue status as the final word.
