Manta Kids Pattaya and Baby Shark Swim School sell structured children's instruction. Pattaya City School 11 Swimming Pool is documented for competition use, not ordinary public entry. Nong Prue Municipal is the strongest public-access lead. The latest full municipal notice lists Tuesday-Friday 10:00-20:00 and Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 09:00-20:00, with Monday closed. Separate council notices show temporary closures and youth-swimming activity, so those hours still need a same-day check. No current admission, membership or lesson tariff is published, and the retained sources do not establish pool length, lane count or adult coaching. Ask about the entry fee, any resident rule, lane availability, cap requirements and programme closures before travelling. Micky Phim has a different evidence level. The two swim schools require a child-placement decision rather than a public-pool comparison. Manta Kids at IG Center publishes indoor saltwater programmes for ages four months to 12 years. Its operator page, checked 29 July 2026, lists THB 8,500 for Splash, Swirl and Swim Beginner and THB 10,900 for Swim, but does not expose the Pattaya lesson count or branch timetable. Baby Shark in Nong Pla Lai describes an indoor heated saltwater pool and Swim Australia curriculum. Its business window is Tuesday-Friday 10:00-18:00 and Saturday-Sunday 08:30-18:00, Monday closed, but no stable course price, age grid or class time is public. For either school, give the child's age and experience and request the exact package, duration, assessment, make-up and guardian rules. School 11 answers another question. Thailand Aquatics records the 18th Pattaya Open there on 20-21 June 2026, and race sources support a 50-metre, eight-lane pool. Those facts establish a competition venue; they do not create a day pass, public timetable or booking route. Event participants should confirm their meet instructions, while recreational swimmers should choose a facility with verified public access.
