What training is on offer

Monkey Hash suits experienced or at least robust recreational runners who enjoy social hash culture, can handle changing terrain and are comfortable with an event that moves around the wider Pattaya region.
It does not suit beginners who want a short urban jog, women looking for a mixed-gender club, or anyone who needs a predictable weekly training base with fixed meeting logistics. The operator's own language is clear that this is men only and expects participants to be capable on moderately difficult terrain.
